Registered Nurse (RN) - Aspire Senior Living Advance 12hrs. +Rotating Weekends Full-Time Day. Full-Time Night Aspire Senior Living Advance, a skilled nursing facility located in Advance, Missouri, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities Provide high-quality, resident-centered care to our seniors, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans Administer medications, wound care, and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions, and collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective care strategies Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other nursing staff to ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including medication administration and treatment plans Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care and service to our residents Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Missouri Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to facility policies and procedures Benefits Advanced Pay (hourly employees) 401(k), Holiday Pay & Paid Time Off (PTO) Dental, Health, Vision, Life insurance & more Increased Nursing Shift Differential – Up to $4/hr Competitive Wages Advancement Opportunities Exclusive Aspire Senior Living Perks About the Role As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Aspire Senior Living Advance, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our seniors.
