What We Offer Competitive PRN Compensation Flexible Scheduling Build Your Caseload Around Your Availability Choose the Areas You Want to Cover Mileage Reimbursement Consistent Patient Opportunities One-on-One Patient Care Supportive Clinical Leadership Professional Growth Opportunities What You'll Do Provide skilled nursing visits in patients' homes Perform focused nursing assessments Administer medications and treatments as ordered Provide wound care and monitor healing Monitor vital signs and changes in patient condition Reinforce medication and disease-management education Educate patients and caregivers Communicate changes or concerns to the supervising RN and clinical team Coordinate care with other members of the interdisciplinary team Complete accurate and timely documentation using WellSky What We're Looking For Active Virginia Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License Required Graduate of an accredited nursing program Current CPR/BLS Certification Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation Strong nursing, communication, and documentation skills Ability to work independently in patients' homes Home Health Experience Preferred, but Not Required WellSky Experience is a Plus Why Human Touch?
