Center Manager

Role Description The Center Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Riviera Beach, FL, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the healthcare center. This role manages staff scheduling, performance, and workflow to ensure efficient patient registration, check‑in, and overall service delivery. The Center Manager monitors operational metrics, supports compliance with clinical and administrative policies, and coordinates with leadership on process improvements and resource needs. Day‑to‑day tasks include supervising front‑office and support teams, handling escalated patient concerns, managing facilities and supplies, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting. The individual in this role collaborates closely with providers and corporate departments to maintain a safe, organized, and patient‑focused environment. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in healthcare or clinic operations management, including supervision of administrative and support staff. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced setting. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, clinical teams, and administrative leadership. Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems, scheduling software, and basic office technology (email, spreadsheets, and reporting tools). Knowledge of healthcare workflows, patient scheduling, insurance verification, and regulatory or compliance requirements is preferred. Ability to lead and develop teams, resolve conflicts, and foster a culture of accountability and customer service. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field is a plus.
