Licensed Lawn Care TechnicianWe're looking for an experienced, licensed Lawn Care Technician who understands turfgrass, fertilization, weed control, and lawn health—not mowing. Lawn Doctor of St. Charles is a locally owned branch of a trusted national brand, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, enjoys solving lawn problems, and wants to be part of a professional team that values experience. This Is NOT a Mowing or Landscaping Position We're specifically looking for candidates with experience in:Fertilization & Weed ControlTurfgrass Management & AgronomyPesticide ApplicationsLawn DiagnosticsAeration & OverseedingProfessional Customer ServiceGolf course, sports turf, sod farm, and professional lawn care experience are all highly valued. What You'll DoApply fertilizer, weed control, and specialty lawn treatments safely and accuratelyDiagnose lawn issues including weeds, insects, disease, and turf stressPerform aeration, overseeding, and other turf servicesOperate professional application equipmentCommunicate professionally with homeownersMaintain accurate service records using our mobile systemKeep equipment and vehicles clean, organized, and work-readyWhat We're Looking ForProfessional lawn care or turf management experienceCurrent pesticide applicator license (or ability to quickly obtain/transfer Missouri licensing)Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoorsReliable, dependable, and self-motivatedStrong attention to detail and pride in your workWhat We Offer$22–$28 per hour (based on experience)$2,000 Signing Bonus*Monday-Friday scheduleCompany vehicle and equipment during work hoursPaid training on our systemsAdvancement opportunitiesSupportive, locally owned company with over 15 years serving homeowners in St. Charles and the surrounding communitiesIf you're already working in professional lawn care but are ready to join a company that values your experience, we'd love to talk with you.*Signing bonus paid according to company bonus agreement.
