The Supervisor, Kitchen Staff oversees a medium-sized team of 6 to 15 kitchen employees, providing daily oversight to ensure smooth kitchen operations. This role emphasizes maintaining food safety, quality control, and staff training while fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate a medium team of kitchen staff (6-15 members)
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Train new and existing staff on kitchen procedures and best practices
• Monitor food quality and performance of kitchen personnel
• Resolve conflicts and promote a positive team environment
• Oversee daily kitchen operations and use of standard kitchen equipment
• Manage inventory and coordinate workflow to optimize efficiency
