Responsibilities Collaborate with experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience and insight into the industry. Assist clients in finding their dream homes and guiding them through the real estate process. Participate in ongoing training and development to sharpen your skills and knowledge. Engage with clients and build strong, lasting relationships through exceptional service and support. Contribute ideas and collaborate in an innovative and supportive team environment. Qualifications Valid Real Estate License: Must hold a current and active real estate license in the state of Texas. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Customer Service Oriented: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using real estate software, CRM systems, and online marketing tools. Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets. Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Katy area and surrounding neighborhoods is preferred. Reliable Transportation: Must have a dependable vehicle and a valid driver's license for property showings and client meetings. Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Professional Appearance and Demeanor: Maintain a polished and professional image at all times. Compensation $35,000 - $65,000 USD Yearly. This is a commission-based position.
