Retail Media Manager

To grow revenue and enhance brand presence on Amazon, the full-time Retail Media Manager will lead the advertising strategy, manage budgets, and develop audience strategies while working remotely across the US, Canada, or the UK. Key responsibilities Lead the planning and optimization of Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Ads and DSP Manage budgets to improve revenue, profitability, and customer growth metrics Analyze campaign performance and customer journeys to inform targeting and creative decisions Required qualifications Minimum of three years of hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising Experience managing budgets against commercial measures like TACOS and ROAS Practical knowledge of Amazon Marketing Cloud and audience building Familiarity with campaign and analytics platforms such as Pacvue or equivalents A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or equivalent experience
