Currently, we are searching for full time Patient Care Coordinators (PCC). We have a strong team and our motto is No Stress, No Drama! Requirements Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls Schedule appointments appropriately Verify all insurance as needed via online or phone Contact patients as necessary for follow up appointments These are the main roles. All of this is completed in a team environment!
