We are a medium sized company that values team members that lean in to help solve problems with an upbeat attitude and the willingness and ability to problem solve.Project Administrator responsibilities include working closely with our Project team to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, time frames and budgets for projects. You will perform various tasks such as scheduling and risk management. Some administrative duties like maintaining project documentation and coordinating schedules for meetings are also required. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you will collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. We are willing to train a candidate who has these traits in the details of the process and products.Ultimately, the Project Administrator's duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on schedule, within budget and meet high quality standards and cost targets.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate project management activities, resources, and informationBreak projects into manageable actions and set timelinesCommunicate with Sales to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectivesAssign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule managementEnsure that clients' needs are met throughout every phase of the projectMonitor and report project status and be engaged in the solutions to any issues that ariseAct as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participantsWork with the Project team to eliminate any risks associated with the project.Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expendituresManage and report project metrics (cost, schedule, budget, etc)Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reportsRequirementsAssociates degree preferredPMICAPM certification a plusWorking knowledge of Microsoft programs: Word, Excel, Power Point and OutlookSelf-motivated and excellent work ethicSolid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-managementAbility to work overtime as business needs dictateWhat we can offer: Our employees enjoy a slew of benefits from paid holidays, summer shut down, Christmas break, Spring Day, 401k, medical, dental, and supplemental insurance, gift cards for a summer BBQ and towards your Thanksgiving dinner, and end of year bonuses.
