Job Details Position: Server/Barback – Hourly, Non‑Exempt. Pay: $16.90 - $16.90 plus tips. Responsibilities Team player responsible for bussing, cleaning, and resetting tables, maintaining cleanliness and service in public areas. Recommend and upsell menu items. Answer phones promptly and professionally and direct calls as necessary. Support all areas of the restaurant as business needs arise to ensure a WOW experience for guests. Adhere to safe food handling, sanitation and safety procedures during shifts. Requirements Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs. Work in hot and cold environments. Walk and stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift). Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping. Manual dexterity for handling glassware, utensils and technology systems. Move quickly in a fast‑paced environment. Visual ability to work in low or dim lighting (distance, focus, color). Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Responsible Beverage Service certification required for all California positions (completed during training or within 60 days of start).
