This role involves working with a manageable caseload of approximately 35 students, each receiving 30 minutes of OT services per week. The schedule allows for about 18 direct service hours weekly, with dedicated time allotted for essential documentation and participating in IEP meetings. You'll have the chance to collaborate closely with educators and families across multiple elementary sites, contributing to a team approach that prioritizes student growth and success.

Key Qualifications:

• Hold an active Occupational Therapy license (required)
• Prior experience or strong interest working in school-based settings with elementary-aged children
• Strong ability to balance therapeutic interventions, documentation, and collaborative meetings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated adaptability and organization in multi-site service delivery

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized occupational therapy services to students, in alignment with their IEPs
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of progress and interventions
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with special education teams, families, and staff
• Coordinate services across assigned elementary school sites, ensuring consistent support for student development
• Advocate for best practices and contribute insights to enrich school-based OT programs
