Employer Services CoordinatorMancan Staffing is currently hiring an Employer Services Coordinator for a nonprofit organization in Triadelphia, WV!Are you a self-motivated go-getter who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and creating opportunities? This could be the perfect position for you!The Employer Services Coordinator will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with businesses throughout the region and encouraging employers to become involved with the organization's programs and services. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, getting out into the community, and generating new business partnerships.Job Responsibilities:Visit businesses in person throughout Ohio, Brooke, Marshall, Hancock, Tyler, and Wetzel CountiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with local employersIntroduce businesses to the organization's programs and servicesIdentify and generate new employer leads and partnership opportunitiesConduct outreach and follow up with prospective and existing business partnersMaintain ongoing relationships with participating employersRepresent the organization professionally within the business communityWork independently to plan outreach activities and manage employer relationshipsMeet with business owners, managers, and other company representativesHelp expand employer participation and strengthen community partnershipsQualifications:Valid driver's license requiredReliable personal vehicle required for traveling to businessesPrevious sales, business development, recruiting, customer service, or relationship-building experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable approaching businesses and speaking with employers in personSelf-motivated with a strong ability to work independentlyGoal-oriented and driven to generate leads and develop partnershipsOrganized and able to manage multiple employer relationshipsProfessional, outgoing, and confident personalityMust be comfortable with regular travel throughout the service areaSchedule & Pay:35 hours per weekFlexible schedule$18$19/hour, based on experienceThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys networking, meeting people, working in the community, and building lasting professional relationships!Apply with Mancan Staffing today! #DINDC
