We are a team that values collaboration, growth, and getting it right for our customers and each other.L2 Brands is looking for a dynamic and organized Sales Training Manager to lead onboarding and ongoing enablement for our sales representatives across the Destination, College, Golf, Corporate, and Print Wear channels. In this role, you will build and deliver training on product knowledge, decoration techniques, pricing and policy structures, and internal systems including HubSpot and HighSpot, so our reps feel confident and set up to succeed from day one. This is a great fit for someone who has a sales background, experience with decorated merchandise, and a passion for teaching others both in person and virtually.What You Will DoPartner with Sales VPs and reps to identify training needs and build structured onboarding programs for new hiresDeliver in person and virtual training on product categories and decoration techniques across apparel, headwear, and home décorEducate reps on pricing, minimums, policies, promotions, and the quote processProvide hands-on training on internal systems including HubSpot, HighSpot, order entry platforms, and art toolsLead HubSpot onboarding and administration, including dashboards, data audits, and best practice SOPsMaintain and update sales enablement materials, FAQs, and demo videos in HighSpotOrganize live and virtual learning sessions, office hours, and refresher trainingTrack onboarding milestones and ramp up success in coordination with Sales OpsSupport launch meetings, tradeshows, and sales summits with training and prep contentWork EnvironmentPrimarily office based, with extended computer use, sitting, and standingRegular in-office presence required for team collaboration, meetings, and coachingMonday through Friday, with evenings and weekends as business needs requireTravelRegular travel required between the PA offices to support in-person collaboration, coaching, and training deliveryAdditional travel up to 50% or more to support sales rep onboarding, training, and tradeshow or sales summit needsLight to moderate lifting required when traveling with training and tradeshow materialsRequirements3-5 years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, or sales operations, preferably in wholesale or consumer goodsStrong presentation and facilitation skills across in-person and virtual formatsWorking knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), ERP or order entry systems, sales enablement platforms (HighSpot or similar), and Microsoft OfficeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experiencePrior experience with distributed, multi-channel sales teams is a plusBackground in decorated apparel, headwear, or promotional products is a plusL2 Brands is an equal opportunity employer.
