Real Estate Development Associate

Position Overview Seeking a Development Associate to support a national development platform. This role plays a key part in sourcing and executing development and construction management projects from inception through completion. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while collaborating across internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities Support execution of development and third-party construction projects Coordinate project activities across financing, design, construction, scheduling, and delivery Perform due diligence by reviewing zoning, contracts, financials, and lease documents Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and pro formas Track progress against milestones and ensure timely project delivery Manage project teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants Maintain relationships with stakeholders such as tenants, brokers, and lenders Assist with business development efforts, including RFI/RFQ/RFP responses Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in real estate development, construction management, or related field Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Real Estate, Finance, or similar Working knowledge of development, construction, and/or real estate finance principles Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (advanced Excel proficiency required) Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and in team settings Strong written and verbal communication skills Willingness to travel as needed High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr Selby Jennings
