- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and compassion
- Manage front-office operations including scheduling, check-out, and updating EMR records
- Answer multi-line phones while following urgent/emergent protocols
- Conduct daily appointment reminders and outreach
- Collect and process payments at time of service
- Verify insurance eligibility and assist with authorizations
- Resolve patient concerns with empathy and problem-solving
- Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA and safety protocols
- Support administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and supply management
- Participate in team huddles and contribute to workflow improvements
- 2-3 years of healthcare front-office experience (required)
- Strong reliability and consistent attendance
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Office + EMR experience)
- Ability to type 45+ WPM
- Cultural sensitivity and professionalism with diverse patient populations
- Additional language skills are a plus
