Mulder Plumbing Services is seeking a Licensed Journeyman or Tradesman Plumber to join our San Antonio team. This role involves both residential and commercial plumbing projects, requiring a skilled professional licensed by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners. The ideal candidate thrives working independently and as part of a small team, utilizing modern technology such as iPads, sewer video cameras, hydrojetting (trailer jetter) and pipe-bursting equipment. We value proactive problem solvers committed to quality craftsmanship, excellent customer service, and readiness to handle on-call duties beyond standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings
• Perform leak detection and execute effective repair solutions
• Operate specialized sewer machines, cameras, and hydrojetting equipment
• Utilize digital diagnostics and technology such as iPads to enhance service quality
• Respond to plumbing calls during regular and on-call hours
• Collaborate with team members while managing tasks independently
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication
• Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues with attention to detail

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Texas Journeyman or Tradesman Plumbing License
• Valid Texas Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum two years of plumbing experience
• Proficiency in plumbing system diagnostics and leak detection
• Experience with hydrojetting, pipe bursting, and sewer camera operation
• Skilled in using iPads and other technology in the field
• Possess own hand tools
• Strong customer communication and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
