Now Hiring: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) | New Jersey

Location: Edison, New Jersey

Job Types: Full-time

Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Flexible schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
Conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic client care
Stay current with best practices and participate in ongoing professional development

Requirements

Active LMFT license in the state of New Jersey
Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
Strong clinical skills with a client-centered approach
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) preferred
