If there is alignment now or in the near future, we reach out. The Opportunity We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Portage region seeking Quality Technicians. Key Responsibilities Performs in-process and final inspections of manufactured products. Conducts root cause analysis for non-conforming materials and processes. Calibrates and maintains quality inspection tools and equipment. Documents inspection results and maintains accurate quality records. Assists in the development and revision of quality control procedures. Participates in internal and external quality audits. Monitors production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards. Recommended Qualifications Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience in a quality control or manufacturing environment. Proficiency in using various quality measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMM). Strong understanding of GD&T principles and ability to interpret engineering drawings. Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis. Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.
