This position involves managing long sales cycles through effective lead generation, client outreach, and comprehensive market research to support the sales team and enhance pipeline development.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new leads to expand business opportunities
• Conduct client outreach to initiate and nurture relationships
• Perform market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends
• Support sales activities and manage appointments with potential clients
• Maintain CRM systems to track interactions and manage the sales pipeline
• Follow up with prospects to advance sales opportunities
• Acquire and maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in business development

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce CRM
• Skilled in lead qualification and cold calling
• Strong communication and time management abilities
