Strategic Market Participant Relations Manager
ERCOT
ERCOT serves as the primary point of contact between ERCOT and Market Participants, managing relationships and facilitating registration and qualification processes. It resolves inquiries, issues, and disputes independently, ensuring responses are timely and aligned with ERCOT's governing documents. Maintains deep subject matter expertise in ERCOT market protocols, rules, and business processes, and represents ERCOT authoritatively in cross-functional interactions with Market Participants and #J-18808-Ljbffr ERCOT
