Line Cook

Role Overview Line Cooksare responsible forpreparing and cooking menu items according to Parry’s recipes, standards, and ticket-time expectations. This role requires strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with the BOH team to keep service running smoothly. Line Cooks play a direct role in food quality, guest satisfaction, and overall shift success. Responsibilities +Duties Prepare and cook menu items by following recipes and spec standards Execute orders accurately and within expected ticket times Understand portion sizes, taste profiles, and visual presentation expectations Label, date, and store all food items properly Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift Follow all food safety and sanitation practices consistently Communicate clearly with teammates during high-volume service Support BOH flow by assisting with dishes, cleanup, and prep as needed Thrive in a fast-paced environment whilemaintainingquality and consistency Qualifications + Skills BOH restaurant experience (minimum 1 year) Ability to work nights and weekends Strong communication and teamwork skills Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods Able to lift up to 35 lbs. as needed Reliable, professional, and focused under pressure Willingness to learn, take coaching, and grow within the role Perks + Benefits Flexible scheduling Ongoing training and career growth opportunities Discounted meals (50% off!) 401(k) with company match Health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision -available to eligible full-time employees About Parry’s At Parry’s Pizzeria & Taphouse, we create memorable dining experiences through Craveably Crafted™ Food & Beer and Uncommon Hospitality.
