Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Salesperson role based in Jacksonville, FL, with some work from home flexibility. The Salesperson will engage prospective clients, explain custom home options, and guide them through the build-on-your-lot process from initial inquiry to contract signing. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultations, answering questions about pricing, timelines, and features, preparing proposals, and following up with leads via phone, email, and in-person meetings. The role involves coordinating with design and construction teams to ensure accurate information, maintaining CRM records, and meeting sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship building. The Salesperson will represent the company at local events or model home visits, offering a professional and customer-focused experience. Qualifications Strong client-facing skills, including clear communication, active listening, and the ability to build trust with diverse customers. Sales and negotiation abilities, with experience managing leads, closing deals, and working toward measurable sales goals. Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple prospects, follow-ups, and documentation accurately. Basic knowledge of residential construction or real estate concepts; experience with custom homes or home building is a plus. Comfort with technology, including CRM systems, email, online document tools, and virtual meeting platforms. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating in person in Jacksonville, FL and from home as needed. High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, marketing, or related fields is beneficial.
