This role focuses on routine skilled nursing visits (3060 minutes) for medication setup and general health assessments. It's a chance to use your skills with purpose and make a lasting difference for patients and their families.

We are currently recruiting for an LPN or RN to reliably serve patients in the following areas:

• Springfield, MO + surrounding areas
• Pay per visit [PPV]
• Routine 30-60min in home visits
• Flexible scheduling - We are looking for someone Part Time with opportunity to grow case load up to Full Time.
• Approx. 5-10 weekly visits
• Nurse to schedule visits accordingly within month
• Potential to gain additional visits possible in the future
• No nights, no weekends, no holidays, no on-call
• Use of a company car [pick up/drop off at the Springfield office] or option for mileage reimbursement in personal vehicle

Qualifications:

• Current MO/Compact RN or LPN license in good standing.
• 1yr of paid RN or LPN experience
• Current CPR certification
• Strong organizational and communication skills
