Trust and Estates Attorney — Glades Talent, Boca Raton, FL About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Trusts & Estates Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience advising individuals and families on estate planning strategies, trust and probate administration, and asset protection. This role requires strong technical knowledge, sound judgment, and the ability to develop long‑term client relationships. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and execute estate planning documents, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives. Advise clients on tax‑efficient strategies for wealth transfer and asset protection. Handle probate and trust administration from start to finish, including court filings, asset inventory, and distributions. Collaborate with financial advisors, CPAs, and other professionals to ensure holistic client solutions. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of estate, gift, and generation‑skipping transfer tax laws. Develop and grow a personal book of business, while contributing to the firm's overall growth. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active Bar membership in [State], in good standing. 3–5+ years of experience in trusts and estates law. Strong drafting and analytical skills.
