SBA Loan Closings & Coordination Specialist

Susser Bank seeks an SBA Loan Closer & Coordinator to manage loan closings with accuracy and strict regulatory compliance. You will coordinate with borrowers, lenders, title companies, attorneys and underwriters to prepare and review documentation, ensure eligibility, and secure timely funding. Responsibilities include preparing borrower checklists within 48 hours of file assignment, ordering third party reports, maintaining origination and servicing records, and safeguarding the SBA Guaranty. #J-18808-Ljbffr Susser Bank
