**Skill Set Most Recruited For:** - **Must have:** - All RNs must have BLS, ACLS completed prior to end of orientation. - PCT/NAs are required to have BLS. - **Preferred or nice to have:** - RNs with ICU/Stepdown experience. - Staff with 1 year med/surg experience is preferred. **List Typical Procedures Performed on Unit(s):** - IV starts, CVL, Arterial lines - Foley catheters - EKG monitoring - Wound care **Best Personality Fit:** - Able to function in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. **Required Certifications:** - BLS **Floating Area(s):** - TCU
