2027 University New Hire – Accounting/Finance | Phillips 66 The Tone: This is an early career full-time role at Phillips 66, located in Houston, Texas or Bartlesville, Oklahoma. The TL;DR Role: Early Career Type: Full-time Location: In-person, Houston, TX or Bartlesville, OK Pay: $77900–$94200 yearly Team: Part of the Accounting/Finance organization, with opportunities across Finance Performance & Analysis, Controllers, Tax, Treasury, and Internal Audit. Mission: Translate business events into the financial story for Phillips 66 and partner with leaders to provide information and insights for business decisions. Tech Stack: Excel, SAP, Power BI What You’ll Actually Do Provide comprehensive accounting support to various operations and management teams. Deliver financial support and analysis to aid business operations and leadership. Perform business analysis to inform strategic choices and operational improvements. Offer decision support services to help management make informed business judgments. Engage in a collaborative environment to gain experience with financial applications and business operations. The Must-Haves Background: Entry-Level, currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent field of study, and legally authorized to work in the job posting country. Experience: Graduating in Summer/Winter 2026 or Spring/Summer 2027. Skills: Foundational knowledge in accounting principles, financial analysis, business analysis methodologies, and providing decision support, with exposure to financial applications. Bonus: Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale; pursuing a minimum of 6 hours of Accounting; Master’s degree in Accountancy or Finance; previous internship with Phillips 66; willingness to work in Houston, TX or Bartlesville, OK. #J-18808-Ljbffr Phillips 66
