Central Operations Specialist

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time hourly Central Operations Specialist will support specific retail operational areas, manage function-specific systems, and assist in process improvements while working remotely. Key responsibilities Support retail operational areas including account setup, payment processing, and user access administration Assist in Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity testing and participate in bankwide problem-solving projects Identify opportunities for process improvements and post updates to internal systems for problem resolution Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent experience required 0 to 2 years of clerical, banking, or client service experience with retail banking or operations exposure Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office applications Knowledge of federal and state laws/regulations related to deposit accounts and bank operations Experience with troubleshooting principles and issue resolution techniques
