Registered Nurse - Medical-Surgical / Telemetry Schedule: Shift: Nights, 3x12 hours Requirements Minimum 2 years of RN experience Travel experience preferred Trauma Level I experience preferred Certifications required: BLS EMR experience: Epic Key clinical skills: Cardiac telemetry, dysrhythmia interpretation/management Central line/PICC/port care HFNC, BiPAP/CPAP, tracheostomy care Pre/post hemodialysis, feeding tube care, wound care/Wound Vac Roles & Responsibilities Provide patient-centered care to adults and geriatric patients in a medical-surgical/telemetry unit. Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and manage IV therapy. Participate in rapid response and code team situations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. Implement and adhere to isolation precautions and safety protocols.
