Job Title Registered Nurse - MS/Tele Facility Location 1000 S Beckham Ave, Tyler, TX 75701 Shifts Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00) Duration 13 Weeks Job Description Provide nursing care in a Medical‑Surgical/Telemetry unit Work day shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM) on a 3x12 schedule Unit includes 18 private rooms and 1 semi‑private room with a maximum census of 20 patients Expected patient ratio: 1:6 Care for a broad patient population ranging from young adults to geriatric patients Perform telemetry monitoring, medication administration, patient assessments, and ongoing care management Minimum 2 years of MS/Tele experience preferred Travel experience preferred EPIC experience required Required certifications: BLS , NIHSS Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care Maintain accurate patient documentation and clinical communication #J-18808-Ljbffr
