Restaurant District Manager

Location: Yonkers, NY

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Restaurant District Manager to oversee multiple high-volume restaurant locations throughout the Yonkers, NY area. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven multi-unit leader who understands how to develop strong management teams, drive sales and profitability, and maintain consistent operational standards across multiple restaurants.

The District Manager will serve as a key leader between restaurant-level management and senior leadership, providing direction, accountability, coaching, and operational support to General Managers and their teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and performance of multiple restaurant locations.
• Lead, coach, and develop General Managers to achieve operational, financial, and people-development goals.
• Conduct regular restaurant visits and provide hands-on operational support.
• Establish clear expectations and hold management teams accountable for performance.
• Analyze sales, labor, food cost, P&L, and other key performance metrics.
• Develop and execute action plans to improve sales, profitability, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with General Managers on staffing, recruiting, retention, scheduling, and succession planning.
• Identify and develop high-potential managers for future leadership opportunities.
• Ensure consistent execution of company standards, policies, procedures, and operating systems.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and hospitality across all locations.
• Review labor deployment and staffing levels to maximize productivity while maintaining excellent guest service.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, inventory control, and cost-management initiatives.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and help management teams address service concerns and recurring operational issues.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to General Managers.
• Support new restaurant openings, remodels, special projects, and operational initiatives as needed.
• Partner with senior leadership to communicate business needs, opportunities, and challenges.
• Build strong relationships with restaurant managers and create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure all locations remain compliant with health, safety, sanitation, and employment standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of restaurant management experience, with multi-unit management experience strongly preferred.
• Proven success managing multiple full-service or high-volume restaurant locations.
• Strong understanding of restaurant P&L, labor management, food cost, sales growth, and profitability.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach, develop, and retain management teams.
• Strong leadership presence and excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and locations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Ability to travel between assigned restaurant locations.
• Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
