Sidel Technician HiFyve is seeking an experienced Sidel Technician with expertise in Sidel filler machines, specifically those equipped with the Combi Predis system. This role will involve traveling to Columbia, MO, while offering the flexibility to reside anywhere. Salary: $100k ++ Full benefits package Travel to Columbia, MO several times a month Key Responsibilities: Install, troubleshoot, and maintain Sidel filler machines and Combi Predis systems to ensure peak performance. Conduct routine inspections and implement preventive maintenance measures. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues efficiently. Operate and optimize Sidel and Combi Predis systems for seamless integration with filler machines. Travel extensively to Columbia, MO, to support operations. Collaborate with on-site teams and provide remote technical support as needed. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, machine performance, and parts usage. Report on issues and suggest improvements to enhance machine reliability and production efficiency. Qualifications: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Sidel blow molding machines and Combi Predis systems. Proficient in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, and electrical controls.
