Escrow Officer

Our client is looking to add an experienced Escrow Officer to their team. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned closer with deep Texas market knowledge to join a growing organization with room for continued professional development. *Candidates for this role must be located in the state of Texas* What We're Looking For A seasoned escrow professional with a well-rounded background handling the full closing lifecycle, from contract through funding, across a variety of transaction types Deep familiarity with the Texas real estate market and closing process, including experience with larger, more complex deals (commercial transactions a strong plus) Licensed and in good standing, ready to hit the ground running on day one Solid grounding in Texas regulatory and compliance matters — someone who understands the "why" behind the process, not just the licensing requirement Has been through at least one regulatory or compliance audit and is comfortable operating in that environment Someone with the presence and experience to naturally take the lead on a file, mentor newer team members, and be looked to as a go-to resource within the office Key Responsibilities Manage the escrow process for real estate transactions from opening through closing and funding Prepare and review closing documents, settlement statements, and title commitments Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, and attorneys to ensure a smooth closing process Ensure compliance with Texas escrow regulations, company policies, and title insurance underwriting requirements Disburse funds accurately and in accordance with closing instructions Resolve title issues, curative matters, and discrepancies prior to closing Maintain accurate, organized, and compliant transaction files Serve as a resource to the broader team, helping keep files on track and standards high across the office Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, lenders, and clients Preferred Skills & Attributes Well-versed in Texas title and escrow practices, with comfort handling more complex, higher-value transactions Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication and client service skills Proficiency with title/escrow production software (e.g., ResWare, SoftPro, or similar) Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously A natural leader others on the team feel comfortable turning to #J-18808-Ljbffr ECLARO
