Senior Sales Executive – Cross-Border Payments & Global Payouts Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL preferred | Remote considered for exceptional candidates

Position: Full-Time About the Opportunity i-payout is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive / Business Development Executive with a proven track record selling cross-border payment and global payout solutions to enterprise clients. This is not an entry-level sales position and not an account-management role. We are looking for a hunter and closer who can identify, develop, negotiate, and close significant enterprise opportunities .The successful candidate must understand the complexities of paying large populations of individuals and businesses across multiple countries, currencies, and payment methods . REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Candidates must have direct experience selling cross-border payments, mass payouts, global disbursements, payment infrastructure, or related fintech solutions . We strongly prefer candidates who have worked for a large, established cross-border payments or global payments company and already understand enterprise payment sales. Experience selling payment or payout solutions into one or more of the following verticals is highly desirable:

• Gig Economy & On-Demand Platforms – businesses operating models similar to Uber, DoorDash, Lyft and other contractor-based platforms
• Marketplaces – businesses operating models similar to Airbnb and other platforms that need to pay large numbers of sellers, hosts, contractors or service providers
• Logistics & Transportation – trucking, freight, delivery, last-mile delivery and logistics platforms with significant payout requirements
• Freelance & Contractor Platforms
• Affiliate & Creator Platforms
• Other companies requiring high-volume domestic and international payouts

IDEAL CANDIDATE BACKGROUND We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked for established companies in the global payments ecosystem, including cross-border payments, global payouts, money movement, payment orchestration, banking infrastructure or fintech. The right candidate should understand concepts such as:

• Cross-border money movement
• Mass payouts and disbursements
• Multi-currency payments
• Bank transfers and alternative payment methods
• Digital wallets
• FX and cross-border pricing
• Payment APIs and platform integrations
• Enterprise fintech sales cycles
• Compliance and regulatory considerations affecting international payments
• Complex enterprise contract negotiations

WHAT YOU WILL DO You will be responsible for generating and closing new enterprise business for i-Payout. Responsibilities include:

• Build and manage your own enterprise sales pipeline
• Identify companies with significant domestic and international payout requirements
• Prospect directly into C-suite, Finance, Treasury, Payments and Operations leadership
• Develop relationships with large gig economy, marketplace, logistics and platform businesses
• Understand each prospect's existing payout infrastructure and identify opportunities for i-Payout
• Develop commercially compelling solutions involving wallets, bank transfers, cards, cross-border payments and other payout methods
• Lead enterprise presentations and demonstrations
• Develop proposals and negotiate commercial terms
• Coordinate with Compliance, Operations, Product, Technology and Legal during the sales process
• Drive opportunities from initial contact through contract execution and implementation
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting
• Close business

WHAT WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR This position is not designed for someone whose experience is primarily:

• Domestic-only payment processing
• Traditional merchant acquiring
• Retail sales
• General SaaS sales without payments experience
• Account management without demonstrated new-business production
• Lead generation without demonstrated closing experience

THE PERSON, WE WANT You are competitive, persistent and comfortable pursuing large enterprise accounts. You don't wait for marketing to hand you leads. You know how to get in front of decisionmakers, uncover a payment problem, develop the opportunity, negotiate the economics and get the contract signed . Most importantly, you can demonstrate a history of personally closing meaningful enterprise payment relationships. LOCATION Fort Lauderdale / South Florida candidates are strongly preferred. We believe enterprise sales benefits from collaboration with our executive, product, compliance and operations teams, and we prefer someone who can work from our Fort Lauderdale office. However, remote candidates will be considered when they bring exceptional cross-border payments experience, strong industry relationships and a demonstrated history of closing enterprise business.
