Summer Grounds Crew (Student)

Bob Jones University

Greenville, SC

SUMMARY: Assist grounds staff in upkeep of campus grounds.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Landscape watering
Irrigation repair
Hardscape Cleaning
Cleaning and dusting reachable exterior building windows and doors
Cleaning and waxing exterior fixtures
Street and sidewalk cleaning
Trash clean up
General campus clean up
Storm clean up

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Must be enrolled as a student at Bob Jones University or Academy
Must be a least 16 years old
Good work ethic
Student will be allowed a total of 10 days of vacation
Possibility of allergic environment should be considered
Must occasionally lift/carry up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 100 lbs.
Valid Drivers License is helpful
