Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily office operations including scheduling, supply logistics, and team support
• Manage and process invoices, expense reports, and financial documentation
• Act as a liaison between departments, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless communication
• Oversee customer service efforts and maintain client satisfaction standards
• Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
• Develop and implement efficient office procedures and systems
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR-related administrative tasks
• Monitor project timelines and ensure administrative deliverables are met

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an administrative and operations
• Strong understanding of payroll systems, logistics coordination, and client support
• Proficiency with office software and management tools (e.g. spreadsheets)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
