Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) – Product & Services Quality Manager (Level K) Location: Renton, Washington. This role ensures aircraft repairs meet Type Design by overseeing final component installation, systems operation functional testing, modification, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair in support of Production System priorities. The Quality Manager provides oversight of the QMS, collaborates with operations to better align with Programs Special Projects, and interacts with cross‑functional teams across the Renton site. Position Responsibilities Interface with operations, engineering, management, suppliers, and customers to meet program requirements and ensure customer satisfaction. Understand QMS requirements when working in the PC 700 to deliver a safe and quality product. Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures, and set operational goals. Acquire resources for projects and processes, provide technical management of suppliers, and lead process improvements. Basic Qualifications 1+ year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, manager, cross‑functional project/program management, or formal manager), or completion of the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.” Prior Material Review Boards (MRB) signature authority or equivalent in a commercial or defense program. 3+ years of experience with a Quality Management System (QMS). 3+ years of experience in aircraft assembly. Willing and able to work any shift; may be selected for first or second shift. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships with senior executives, customers, stakeholders, peers, and business partners. MRBD skills working through the QAAP process. Strong problem‑solving skills, especially in Root Cause Correction Action (RCCA) and corrective action systems. Pay & Benefits Boeing offers a Total Rewards package including competitive base pay, variable compensation, health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance, and various paid and unpaid time‑away programs.
