Title Clerk

We are looking for an experienced Title Clerk to join our close-knit team. The successful candidate will have some experience in processing automotive title applications for both Georgia and out-of-state deals. If this sounds like a job you’ll love, apply now! Responsibilities: • Verify paperwork to minimize titling errors, thus ensuring correct lien perfection. • Process all documents through the titling vendor to facilitate tag and registration for both Georgia and out-of-state customers. • Compile and accurately remit out-of-state paperwork for non-Georgia residents to the vendor. • Communicate with both Managers and Customers to facilitate the timely completion of the titling process if additional documents are necessary. • Following up on lien holder correspondence regarding non-perfections. • Following up on missing titles. • Applying for duplicate titles. Qualifications: • 1-3 years of Automotive Titling experience is desired; specifically, experience with used vehicle tag and title and processing out-of-state title work. • Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office and Google Docs. • Superb research, communications, customer service, and analysis skills are desired. Compensation: $52,000 - $60,000 yearly
