Accountant Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 28.00 to $ 30.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Maintain and analyze accounting records and account activity
• Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Review financial information for accuracy and compliance
• Assist with accounting operations and process improvements
• Coordinate accounting activities with other departments
• Research and resolve accounting issues as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information
• Provide support and guidance to team members as needed

Accountant Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including full-cycle accounting responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Experience managing the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Proven experience preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Experience with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with leadership, vendors, auditors, and business partners.
