Estimating plan work for J&S Siding. This position will allow you to help customers while maintaining cost and quality at every step. Come work for a team of awesome! Responsibilities Represent our company products and services being able to identify how our solutions meet the needs of our clients. Solicitation of bids / quotes through Builder-Trend Estimate material quantities for J&S Siding projects Responsible for creating, maintaining, and continually improving project takeoffs in Plan-Swift estimating software. Responsible for modification of existing plans for estimating. Responsible for being technical support regarding issues with Plan-Swift. This also includes non-estimating issues as needed. Any other duties as assigned Skills Ability and desire to work collaboratively and ensure successful project execution. High level of experience with computer operating systems. Highly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring projects proceed efficiently and effectively. Must have excellent interpersonal/communication skills for collaborating effectively with others. Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and work efficiently to meet strict deadlines. Home and Construction Knowledge. Construction Estimation Experience: 2 years of experience Estimating in a construction environment preferred. Strong Attention to Detail. Team Player Attitude.
