Based in beautiful **Everett, Washington**, this role offers the chance to work alongside leading scientists, veterinarians, and toxicologists in a fast-paced CRO environment. **Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates interested in making the move to the Pacific Northwest.** **What You'll Do Here*** Support fertility, embryo-fetal development (EFD), and pre/postnatal development studies in rats and rabbits.* Perform animal observations, dosing, biological sample collection, and study procedures.* Assist with anesthesia, sedation, catheter placement, and reproductive assessments.* Conduct fetal collections, tissue collection, necropsy activities, and developmental evaluations.* Maintain accurate study documentation in compliance with GLP regulations, protocols, and SOPs.* Collaborate with Study Directors, Veterinary Services, and Operations teams.* Support multiple studies while maintaining the highest standards of animal welfare and data integrity.**What We're Looking For*** A HS diploma and/or GED is required; BS/BA in a scientific discipline preferred.* 1 – 3 yrs experience working with laboratory animals in a research environment.* Experience with gestational animal models and/or reproductive toxicology procedures required.* Proficiency handling rats and/or rabbits and performing research procedures required.* Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to follow protocols.* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. **Why Join Altasciences?*** Work on studies that directly support global drug development programs.* Gain experience in one of the most specialized areas of nonclinical research.* Learn from industry experts in reproductive and developmental toxicology.* Access ongoing training, development, and career growth opportunities.* **Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates moving to Everett, WA.****What We Offer** Comprehensive benefits include:* Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance* 401(k) with Company Match* Paid Vacation, Holidays & Sick Time* Employee Assistance Program* Telehealth Services* Free Parking* Complimentary Lunch Monday-Friday* Employee Referral Bonus Program* Training & Career Development Opportunities**Work Authorization**Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
