Role Summary

Work in a high-acuity Cardiovascular ICU caring for critically ill cardiac patients.

Patient Care Includes

• Ventilator management
• IV drips:
• • Vasoactive medications
  • Sedation drips
• Intensive cardiac monitoring

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver critical care nursing support
• Act as patient and family advocate
• Educate patients/families on treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary ICU team
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and care

Shift Details

• Night Shift
• Rotating Weekends

Candidate Requirements

Experience

Either:

• 1+ year recent ICU RN experience (within last 2–3 years)
  OR
• 2+ years PCU experience (may be considered)

Licensure

• Active Florida RN License
  OR
• Compact RN License
• • Must convert to Florida license within 60 days

Education

• ADN required
• BSN preferred

Certifications

• BLS within 30 days
• ACLS within 90 days

Compensation

Pay

• $32–$48/hr

Additional Pay

• Night Differential:
• • +$4.25/hr
