Role Summary
You’ll be working in a high-acuity cardiovascular ICU, caring for critically ill patients—often those on:
- Ventilators
- IV drips (vasoactive, sedation, etc.)
Core responsibilities include:
- Acting as a patient & family advocate
- Educating patients and families on treatment plans
- Delivering intensive, detail-oriented care
- Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary ICU team
✅ Requirements
Experience:
- 1+ year recent ICU RN experience (last 2–3 years)
OR - 2+ years PCU experience (may be considered)
- Florida RN license (or compact license; must convert within 60 days)
- ADN required, BSN preferred
Compensation & Extras
- Night Differential: +$4.25/hr
- Sign-on Bonus: Case-by-case
