Contracts Administrator IIWhat this Job Entails:The Contracts Administrator II will ensure all contracts are executed both on the vendor and client side in a timely and accurate manner. The hire will also perform key quality reviews to reduce risk working in conjunction with other teams.Scope:Applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issuesWorks on problems of moderate scopeReceives general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new projectsYour Roles and Responsibilities:Process contracts according to client policiesMaintain an internal database with pertinent information, including legal documentsQuality check the key terms and conditions in contracts post signatureEnter key terms and conditions from contract into databaseCreate deliverables from contract in database for reportingPerform reporting and quality checks on data input into database monthlyWork on projects to correct data and align data according to new processesCommunicate with stakeholders when issues arise on contracts.Required Qualifications/Skills:Bachelor's degree (B.S/B.A) from four-year college or university and 2 to 5 years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceBuilds productive internal and external working relationshipsExercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actionFluent in English languageHigh level of attention to detailAbility to interpret complex informationAptitude for technology and interest in learning/understanding systems & interpreting dataAccustomed to data input at high level of accuracyAbility to manage high volumes and meeting deadlinesHighly organized with ability to manage multiple projects/tasks at a timeCustomer aware/centricExcel knowledge (including pivot tables and v-lookups)Ability to work well in a team environmentIndependently motivatedExperience in how databases capture informationProven ability to work accurately with large data setsPhysical Demand & Work Environment:Must have the ability to perform office-related tasks which may include prolonged sitting or standingMust have the ability to move from place to place within an office environmentMust be able to use a computerMust have the ability to communicate effectivelySome positions may require occasional repetitive motion or movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingersSalary Range$59,812.00 - $94,440.00 USD (Salary)Please note that the salary information provided herein is base pay only (gross); it does not include other forms of compensation which may or may not apply to this specific position, namely, performance-based bonuses, benefits-related payments, or other general incentives - none of which are guaranteed, may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, and are wholly within the discretion of Astreya to remit.Further, the salary information noted above is a range that consists of a minimum and maximum rate of pay for this specific position.
