What you will be doing as the Patient Services Representative:

• Main point of contact for all patients.
• Interact with all patients as they enter, leave, or request assistance within any of the facilities.
• Exemplify customer service while ensuring each patient interaction is handled with care.
• Coordinate patient check in.
• Schedule follow up appointments.
• Answer phones.
• Take insurance.
• Manage scheduling changes.
• Handle registration and insurance verification.
• Obtain authorizations and pre‑certifications.
• Collect copays.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance.

What you will need as the Patient Services Representative:

• High School Diploma or GED - Minimum Required; Associates Degree - Preferred Degree.
• EPIC experience is required.
• 6 months+ of healthcare experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train others as needed.
