Now Hiring: Maintenance Technician Night Shift

Location: Sussex, WI Schedule: Sunday-Thursday from 10:45 PM-7:00 AM Pay Range: $2.00/hour shift differential

Are you a skilled technician with a passion for solving complex electrical and mechanical challenges? Join our team in Sussex, WI, and help keep our cutting-edge converting, printing, and extruding equipment running at peak performance.

What You'll Do:

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll perform a wide range of advanced maintenance tasks with a focus on electrical troubleshooting and equipment reliability. Your responsibilities will include:

• Diagnosing and repairing electrical/electronic systems and components
• Programming PLCs and installing new machinery
• Performing preventive and reactive maintenance on production equipment
• Managing parts inventory and sourcing materials
• Supporting special projects and ensuring timely completion
• Maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to root cause analysis
• Promoting safety and reporting any unsafe conditions
• Assisting other departments and cross-training team members

What You Bring:

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and use measuring instruments
• Proficiency with computer systems including Excel and SAP (preferred)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Lean manufacturing experience is a plus

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance role
