Strategic Benefits Specialist - Open Enrollment & Compliance

Gallagher is seeking a Benefits Specialist in Houston, TX to manage day-to-day administration, communication, and compliance of domestic employee benefits programs. You will serve as the primary contact for employees, vendors, and internal partners on health and welfare benefits, leaves, retirement-related benefits, COBRA, and eligibility. Key responsibilities include responding to inquiries, reviewing eligibility documentation, administering NMSN and COBRA, managing retiree medical and SERP, #J-18808-Ljbffr
