This is a high-impact recruiting role focused on attracting specialized engineering, architecture, construction, and technical professionals. You will own searches across hard-to-fill disciplines where many qualified candidates are passive and require thoughtful, credible engagement. The role combines proactive sourcing, candidate assessment, relationship building, and full-cycle recruiting support. You will partner with hiring leaders across multiple business units, offices, disciplines, and time zones in a collaborative remote environment. As the organization continues to grow organically and through acquisitions, hiring needs will remain dynamic and evolving.
