• Deliver personalized speech therapy sessions concentrating on language, communication, fluency, voice control, and swallowing difficulties.
• Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals, including physical therapists, nurses, caregivers, and families, to implement cohesive treatment strategies.
• Provide education to patients and families to champion continuous improvement outside the therapy environment.
• Conduct occasional inpatient evaluations and therapy sessions, ensuring seamless continuity of care throughout the client's journey.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation in adherence to the relevant state, federal, and organizational policies.
• Commit to ongoing professional development and stay abreast of the latest advancements in the field.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if you have not yet attained ASHA certification.

Licensure and Certifications

• Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
• Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
