Position Details Pay Model: Employee Pay Per Visit (W2) Rate: $50–$80/hour Benefits Eligibility: 20+ hours/week (full benefits at 30+ hours/week) Schedule: Begin with just 8–10 hours per week to complement your current caseload, with the opportunity to gradually grow into a part-time role (20+ hours with benefits) or a full-time position (30+ hours). This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to transition back into pediatrics after time away from the field.
